Four steps to a quote
A request is not a booking. NEXO replies to confirm the repair, the price, the day and the time.
Add the devices
Up to five devices per request: type, brand and model, and a name you recognise.
Describe the problems
Tick what you notice. The app suggests the repairs that usually fix it.
Choose the repairs
Each repair shows a price range; screens and some batteries come in two part grades. Board repairs are quoted after a look.
Send the request
Choose drop-off, pick-up or a TV visit, a day and a time, and send the request by email, call or share.
The estimate
How the range adds up
Estimate = the diagnosis of each device + each repair's price range + the hand-over. Repairs quoted after a look are listed but not added.
Example: a phone with a cracked screen and a battery that drains fast (standard parts), and a laptop that runs hot with a board repair to quote, picked up and returned in Ibagué.
