NEXO Plan a repair

Your request stays on your phone

This policy covers the NEXO app. The planner on this website works the same way: it keeps your request in this browser and opens your own email app to send it.

What this notice covers

The notice covers the app on your phone: the services and prices, the requests you prepare, saved requests and the ways the app hands a request to you to send.

When you write to or call us, what you send is handled as described in the section on how we use a request.

The services and prices in the app

The device types, problems, repairs, prices and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and do not reveal anything about you.

04 / 18

The devices you describe

For each device you can note its type, brand, model, a name you choose and its approximate age. The app does not read anything from the device itself and asks for no serial or IMEI number.

05 / 18

Problems and notes

The problems you tick, the repairs you choose and your notes form the request. The app keeps the request you are working on, and the requests you save, on your phone.

06 / 18

Your name and contact details

To let us reply, a request can include your name, a phone number and an email address. You type them yourself; only the way of replying you choose is needed.

07 / 18

Address for a pick-up or visit

If you ask for a pick-up or a TV visit, the request includes the address and neighbourhood you type. They stay on your phone until you send the request.

Where your data is stored

Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.

Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

09 / 18

No account, no cloud copy

The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

10 / 18

What the app does not collect

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

11 / 18

No internet access

The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

12 / 18

Sending a request by email

When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the request written in it and addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and from then on the email is handled by your email provider.

13 / 18

Calling us

When you tap Call, the app opens your phone app with our number filled in. The call is made only if you start it.

14 / 18

Sharing or copying a request

Share opens the Android share sheet with the request, and Copy puts it on the clipboard. Where it goes next is your choice.

How we use a request you send

A request you send reaches us through the channel you used. We use it to confirm the repair, the price, the day and the time.

Ask us directly how long we keep messages and requests.

16 / 18

The data on your devices

The app never asks for passwords. When you hand a device over, how its contents are handled during the repair is agreed with you in person; back up your data first when you can.

Your choices and rights under Colombian law

You can edit, duplicate or delete saved requests at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone.

Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask NEXO SIGNALS S.A.S to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Send such requests to ss.proyect.dev@gmail.com.
